Visualizing the E. coli Ribosomal Nucleotide Modifications in a model of the Ribosome derived from the Cryo-EM map

The full ribosome structure used in this interactive tool is from E. coli, making it applicable to visualize the site of nucleotide modification. The presence of A-, P-, and E-site tRNAs helps make the major functional regions conspicuous.
This interactive tool uses a very large structure and so you must allow time for it to load in subsequent windows.
